1. In reference to the above mentioned final speed certificates
issued for operation of SG variants of 13t axle load coaches, para
2.1.3, should be replaced and read as: “The maximum permissible
speed on curve shall be decided on the basis of existing provision
of the Indian Railway Permanent Way Manual, second reprint
2004”.
2. The list of variants mentioned at para 2 of the speed
certificate should be replaced and read as under:
