Reward(any one)

• A letter grade for 2 consecutive years• High growth for one year in both math and LA

Focus-Targeted(any one)

• ESEA* Subgroup grade of D or F• ESEA* Subgroup fails to meet proficiency target• ESEA* subgroup gets grade two letter grades below school• Bottom 25% does not improve by one letter grade over

2012

Focus(any one)

• D letter grade and is not Priority School• Graduation rate under 60% for 2 consecutive years

Priority(any one)

• F letter grade• D or F letter grade for two consecutive years

No Designation • School does not fall into one of the above designations.

SIP Requirements for Title 1 DesignationsDESIGNATION REQUIREMENT

Reward • Must only meet PL221 SIP expectations.

Focus-Targeted • Include Data Target Area of Concern Strategies sequence to address each deficient subgroup(s).

Focus • Three Data Targets Area of Concern Strategies sequences to address deficiencies in School Report Card.

• Must have at least three strategies (with a Tier 2 rigor)• Strategies must address:

o At least one Turnaround principleo All Readiness Domains

Priority • Same as Focus except: Strategies must address all Turnaround principles

No Designation • Must only meet PL221 SIP expectations.

you can possible reach them.
