▪ Mr.P.Ravi Prasad of IV/IV B.Tech has won FIRST PRIZE in the event “AUTO

CADD” in the National Level Civil Engineering Fest, SRUJAN’18 on association with

Smart Infr-Est on 14th September2018, Organized by Depatment of Civil Engineering,

SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, Tamilnadu.

▪ Mr.B. Moses of IV/IV B.Tech has won FIRST PRIZE in the event “VIGNAN SABHA”

in a Two - Day Inter Collegiate Tech Fest, VISTA’2K18, Organized by VIGNAN Group

of Institutions, held on 14th – 15th September 2018 at Vignan’s Institute of Information

Technology,Visakhapatnam. Andhra Pradesh.

▪ 10 students participated in the ANITS National Level technical fest “VINIRMITHI -

2K17” on14th and 15th February 2017.

▪ Mr.P.Ravi Prasad bagged the FIRST Prize in the AUTO CAD.

▪ 2 students participated in the R.V.R & J.C.COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, Guntur , a

National Level Youth Fest “CIVIL CARNIVAL-2K17” on17th and 18th February 2017.

Engineering participated in the “Jana Vignana Vedhika” on the occasion of VIZAG

SCIENCE & TECH FEST-2016 conducted by the Andhra University, Visakhapatnam

from 18th to 22nd Dec, 2016.

▪ 25 Students participated in the Gayathri Vidya Parishad Techn ical Fest “VISWAGNA

–2K16” on 10th and 11th February, 2016.

FIRST Prize in NIRMAN (Estimation and Quantity Survey of Residential

Building).

Prize in the “Technical QUIZ”.

▪ Fourteen Students participated in the National level Student Technical Paper Contest

& Exhibition (STEPCONE-2013) organized G.M.R.I.T., Rajam on 4th & 5th January

2013.

▪ Kashyap & Mr.K.Srinu bagged the 3rd Presentation titled “Nano Technology in

CIVIL Engineering”. A Poster presentation on “Utilization of PLASTIC WASTE”

was done by Mr. Srikanth & Mr. Pradeep Kashyap.

TWO DAY WORKSHOP

PARENT TEACHER MEET:

Parent Teacher Meet, conducted once in an academic year, provides an opportunity to have a direct

interaction with the teaching faculty and know the overall progress of the student. During the meet, the

Head of the Department will explain the measures that are being adopted to improve the academic

performance and help in the holistic development of personality of the student. A progress report is

issued wherein the particulars of the student academic performance in the Internal and External

examinations and the attendance update is furnished. A feedback is given to the parent about the

student behaviour in the campus by the counsellor.
