ON-ICE PROGRAMPOWER SKATING

Sport International will be offering 45 minutes of power skating each day.Our power skating program will be concentrated and challenging,with an emphasis on such skills as:

Forward Stride, Backwards Skating, Stops &Starts. Power skating is designed to work onvarious techniques associated with balance,edge control and posture.

PUCKHANDLINGSport International will also be offering 45 minutes of daily puck handling drills including;

passing, shooting, 1 on 1’s, 2 on 1’s,along with read and react drills. Ourpuck handling drills are gearedtowards improving each individual’sstickhandling confidence increasingthe quickness of each players handand stick movement. We will also beworking on proper weight shift whenexecuting the wrist shot.

Forward Stride, Backwards Skating, Stops &Starts. Power skating is designed to work onvarious techniques associated with balance,edge control and posture.

PUCKHANDLINGSport International will also be offering 45 minutes of daily puck handling drills including;

passing, shooting, 1 on 1’s, 2 on 1’s,along with read and react drills. Ourpuck handling drills are gearedtowards improving each individual’sstickhandling confidence increasingthe quickness of each players handand stick movement. We will also beworking on proper weight shift whenexecuting the wrist shot.

ON-ICE PROGRAMPOWER SKATING

Sport International will be offering 45 minutes of power skating each day.Our power skating program will be concentrated and challenging,with an emphasis on such skills as:

Forward Stride, Backwards Skating, Stops &Starts. Power skating is designed to work onvarious techniques associated with balance,edge control and posture.

PUCKHANDLINGSport International will also be offering 45 minutes of daily puck handling drills including;

passing, shooting, 1 on 1’s, 2 on 1’s,along with read and react drills. Ourpuck handling drills are gearedtowards improving each individual’sstickhandling confidence increasingthe quickness of each players handand stick movement. We will also beworking on proper weight shift whenexecuting the wrist shot.
