TANDEM RAW MILL-— Raw materials drying and grinding are performed in a

combined operauon,切 hich consists of a heated high speed haΠ Ⅱnef n1iⅡ ,and an air-

swepttube mⅢ .Tho system permits the feed of coarser raw materols with up to15%moisture content,and features lower specific power consumption.

PYROCLoN PREHEATER-ˉ The oreheater compr△ es two parallel preheater Iines,

each equipped wⅡ h t1vo preCalcining burners. The precalcining process inCreases

decarbonisation Of raw rnealfrom the usua140%to90%in th0preh0ater,resultingin lo1ver thermallOad in the kⅡ n,and higher specific k⒒ n capacity.

CoMBI CLINKER CooLER-ˉ The cooler con⒍ sts ofthree indined grates,with the

chnker breaker installed after the seCond grate.C)linker lumps are crushed and then

co°led more thoroughly on the third grate。

RoTARY PACKERS— Five rotary Turbo Packers are used for the packing andloading out° f bagged cement. Each packer line is equipped w"ht、vo overheadtravelling lo。 ding beks,and is capabl0ofturning out2,000bags ofcemen!per hour.This oystem features highˉ speed uninteⅡ upted packing operation,and one-way trucktra矸 ic.
