Fact

• The population in Norway is around 5 million people. Norway is a monarchy. Norway is in Europe, but is not a part of the EU (Europe union). 17th may is our national day. On that day we`re celebrate that we got our own constitution. Many children is walking in “child parade” on that day. A day that every Norwegians remember is 22th July 2011. A bomb explode in Oslo, and a man kill over seventy people who were young.

• We were given a task that was to present three different counties in Norway.

• The counties we got is: Hordaland, Sør-Trøndelag and Vest-Fold

• Vestfold is the second smallest county

• The largest city in terms of area is Larvik.

• But the city with most people is Sandefjord.

• Vestfold offers a great combination of a great nature right next to our beautiful Oslo Fjord.

• Population of Vestfold is about 238 000.

• Vestfold has 14 municipalities

Hordaland• Hordaland is located in west of

Norway. • 71 % of the area is

mountainous areas that are higher than 300 meter above the sea level.

• The biggest city in Hordaland is Bergen.

• Bergen is the second biggest city in Norway, after Oslo.

• Do you like shopping and sight seeing? Then Bergen is a perfect city for you! Or do you like walking in the mountains in a peaceful nature? Then the mountains in Hordaland is the perfect place!
