Located in southern California American Optisurgical Inc., also known as AOI,

operates from a 20,000 square foot facility in the city of Lake Forest, California.

Herbert “Cam” Cameron founded AOI in 1992 for two reasons. First, he wanted to

All prices are subject to change withoutnotice.

Payment

Payment for goods and services in USDonly. AOI accepts cash, major credit cards,company checks, cashier’s checks andmoney orders (payable to AmericanOptisurgical Inc.).

Terms

Payment terms are Net 30 days in the USA.An interest charge of 1.5% will apply to allbalances over 30 days.

Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA)

An RGA is required for all instruments sentin for repair.

Returns

All products must be returned within 10 days of receipt of product(s). An AOI RGA number isrequired for all product returns. Upon approvalof return, a 20% restocking fee may be applied.

Core Credits

Core credits for exchanges are issued based on evaluation as a reusable handpiece.

Shipping

All international orders require prepaymentincluding shipping charges. All domestic ordersare shipped FOB Lake Forest and shippingcharges are added to the invoice unless specified otherwise.
