CONCLUSION AND RXCOMMENDATION:

All the findings noted at the Ocular Inspection could have ken averted andimmediately remedied if the island was inhabited after the Clear, and Present Danger inthe area no longer exist as provided in Chapter III, Sec. 7 (c) R-A. 8371. It is for thereasons, therefore, that the undersigned has repeatedly requested the Honorable Mayorin the past to aliow the return of the residents; and this time, at least the first Ten (10)Families as endorsed by the said conference, reconstruct their house$ engage in theirusual livelihood and posed as the revival team to sustain, protect and secure, maintainand preserve the coastal line as wellas the monumental legacies of our ancestors.
