If you have time think of SMART goals for the next week, the next 6 months, the next 2 years, and the next 5 years (!)

It can be useful to think about any good or bad habits we have.
Trying to stop bad habits may help us achieve our goals.
Starting good habits, or trying new things, may also help us achieve our goals.
