What is a Institutional Visit?

Institutional Visits are visits to

- governmental or non – governmental organisations

- public administrations- private institutions- universities or other higher

education institutions

where the main purpose of the event is the visit itself.




Types:

National Intenrational

International – to the … in a foreign country

National - to the… in the country of the organising group.




Why do we do it:

insight into the functioning of governmental or non – governmental organisations, public administrations, private institutions, universities or other higher education institutions.

opportunity for law students and young lawyers to receive direct information about governmental or non – governmental organisations, public administrations, private institutions, universities or other higher education institutions which will contribute to their legal education.




Responsibilities of the Organising Groups

• inform ELSA International • Event Specification Form • Evaluation Form

Responsibilities of the of the National Groups • Provide with knowledge• ESF• Evaluations – 2 week after the event • Ensure respect of the regulations
