The insulating joint is the key

c o m p o n e n t i n n a t u r a l g a s

distribution and oil transmission,

which is mainly applied in gas

reducing station in gas distribution

field. The main function is to realize

insulation among gas pipelines and

between gas station and pipelines in

order to avoid the corruption from

electricity and chemical reaction

and thus to extend the life of use. .

Applied Standards

Follow the standard JB4726-2000 "forge steel for

pressure vessel".

Follow the standard GB/T8163-1999 "seamless steel

pipe for fluid transportation".

Follow the standard of GB6654-1996 "steel plate for

pressure vessel" and JB4730-94 "on-destruction

inspection".

All the selection of metal material follows the

requirement of related national standards. The physical

performance ie bending or impact test follows the

regulation of standard Gb150.

The soft material is rubber and plastics suitable for

long use, which is approved by the related authority

in China.

The material of the gasket inside insulating joint is a

new type of plastic, which forms a soft substanceto

contact with the gas in order to increase the life of use.

The excellent physical performance of the new plastic

ensures a good. condition even in the worst

circumstance.

Structure

The product is composed by the following parts: upper and

lower pipe, glove pipe, insulating part, sealing part,

insulating painting. Between the upper and lower pipes,

there are insulating part and sealing part thus to form the

double sealing structure.The glove pipe adopts slope

welding or direct welding in order to realize a sealing

"space". .
