Customers tell a story about a product or service better than a company ever can. To hone in on customer success stories, Truckstop.com worked with customers to develop a series of case studies capturing how our software solutions have helped customers grow their businesses.
A fully integrated campaign was created for each case study that included video, company landing pages, email (including nurture campaigns), social media, print ads, e-newsletter ads, event imagery, and a case study page explaining how they used Truckstop.com’s tools to be successful. Customer quotes, images, and statistics were featured heavily.
By focusing on individuals and company users, Truckstop.com was able to bring the customer’s voice to life.
