WHAT CAN WE DO FOR YOU?
PORT AGENCIES IN ALL GERMAN PORTS » We are authorised to attend new buildings and vessels under repair/maintenance at all German shipyards, privately owned terminals and other restricted areas, e.g. the oil and gas installations of various companies.
Whatever the cargo – bulk, liquid, containerized or general – our port agents will ensure a rapid safe clearance and turnaround of your vessels.
Our team of port agency staff will assist a captain and his crew, reserve berthing, order pilots, tugs and linesman services, ensure customs and port clearance, implement crew changes and tranship-ments, and provide any other services our principals require.
The offshore wind energy market has become a highly valuable operational field. We support manufacturers, forwarders and jack-up vessels in all German ports.
Sartori & Berger not only provides assistance but also handles all customs clearance enquiries and transactions, such as ICS/EXS data collection and arrival notification, ESD/EXS via DHB and export declarations.

KIEL CANAL » Passing through Kiel Canal on the way from the North Sea to the Baltic or vice versa saves miles, time and money. Since the opening of the Kiel Canal in 1895 we have supported our principals in ensuring them a smooth transit.
Our offices at Kiel and Brunsbüttel ensure on a 24/7 basis that everything is arranged on time – pilots, helmsmen, tugboats, crew changes, cash to master deliveries, bunker operations, all docu-ments for ISPS (points of contact), dangerous cargo declarations and clearance documents.
SHIPSTORES » Shipstores offers all kinds of warehouse services day and night to ensure smooth and quick delivery of provisions, spares, stores and all kinds goods to and from our principals and their vessels – worldwide. We handle all types of shipments and transports, including airfreight, and offer a wide range of customs clearance services.
With the warehouse located right next to the Kiel-Holtenau locks, we can guarantee the quick and cost-efficient delivery of goods during lock time.
To ensure prompt delivery, we are a contract store holder for vario-us reputable companies, such as Sigma, Castrol, Drew Ameroid and Plana Plan.

FERRY SERVICES » Sartori & Berger acts as port and freight agents for the ferry industry in all the ferry ports on the German Baltic coast. Our range of business varies from cargo and passenger sales/check-in, the entire range of customs services and forwarding to sales activities for freight services in Continental Europe.
What is more, we successfully act as consultants for Ro/Ro projects in the Baltic Region.
