This Project Management Professionals (PMP®) course prepares PMP® aspirants for success in achieving PMP® Certification (via examination).

Designed for experienced Project Managers and other Project Leaders (Project Coordinators, Team Leaders, Project Engineers, etc) to prepare for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® examination. It provides the 35 hours of specific project management training required to qualify for the credential.

4 days. All content, materials and resources are the same, only the scheduling is different.

This course is delivered face to face. Templates and tool examples will be reviewed and discussed.Email support is provided by the instructor during and after the PMP course.

This course is for people qualified to seek PMP® certification. To qualify you must have:

• Either a degree plus 3 years (36 months) project experience within the past 8 years
