INDIRECT HIUDual differential Pressure control valves gives stable and continuous supply simultaneously of Heating and DHW. Maximum working pressure 25 bar, with a range of 2.0 bar to 6.5 bar.

DHW thermostatic control valves offer the most accurate and effective temperature control. The sensor is within the PHE, making this an instant response. The thermostatic valves are optimised for minimal idle consumption.

Heating thermostatic control valves ensures an accurate temperature across all heating circuits or under floor heating manifolds

Low energy – each floor heating component has an electronically-controlled circulation pump (DN 15 size and 7 m hydraulic performance) which is exclusively designed for circulating for heating systems with constantly changing volume flows.

DIRECT HIU

The Direct HIU has a plate heat exchange sized to meet the DHW loads.

Heating is direct from the primary communal side, regulated by an electric actuator which can be linked to a room thermostat to give comfort and control.

Balancing valves for complete unit and radiator side is used to control the pressure difference across and in the system.

Stainless steel heat exchange and thermostatic controlling valve to have a stable temperature domestic hot water.

Up to 23 It/min. Large sizes can be produced upon request.

All the consumption of heating and domestic hot water preparation can be measured by one heat meter and cold water meter.

All piping is stainless steel.

16 bar rated, tested in the factory before leaving the site.

YGHP HIU Plate Heat ExchangersThe SWEP PHE is developed to meet the market’s highest thermal demands for tap water and heating production. The unique construction, with integrated start and end plates, combined with high compactness and efficiency means the PHE offers a very versatile solution.

The Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger (BPHE) is constructed as a plate package of corrugated channel plates with a filler material between each plate.

During the vacuum brazing process, the filler material forms a brazed joint at every contact point between the plates, creating complex channels.

The PHE allows media at different temperatures to come into close proximity, separated only by channel plates that enable heat from one media to be transferred to the other with very high efficiency.

The concept is similar to other plate and frame technology, but without the gaskets and frame parts.

Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) is a highly versatile closed-cell bead foam that provides a unique range of properties, including outstanding energy absorption, multiple impact resistance, thermal insulation, buoyancy, water and chemical resistance, exceptionally high strength to weight ratio and 100% recyclability.

EPP can be made in a wide range of densities, from 15 to 200 grams per litre, which are transformed by moulding into densities ranging from 18 to 260 grams per litre.

Individual beads are fused into final product form by the steamchest moulding process resulting in a strong and lightweight shape.

The manufacturing process is complex, requiring both technical expertise and specialised custom equipment.

Polypropylene resin is combined with other ingredients in a multi-step proprietary process. Under tightly controlled conditions, extruded pellets expand to become consistently shaped beads of expanded polypropylene foam.

EPP foam beads are then injected into molds.

Pressure and steam heat fuse the beads into a finished shape.

The finished EPP foam part becomes a key component in sub-assemblies incorporated in the original equipment manufacturer’s product.

Porous EPP is comprised of cylinder-shaped polypropylene beads, which adds air space between the beads in the final moulded form, which enhances beneficial acoustical insulating effects and reduces weight.

The heat and cooling meter can be factory fitted to the YGHP HIU to save on fitting time as well as space saving. Being factory fitted the HIU arrives ready to be installed and start providing a cost effective solution for heat networks.

Smart Card Billing.

All the operations based on customers are made with the customer card. When assigned, all the customer specific information such as tariffs, emergency credit, critical credit are copied to the customer card. When the water meter reads the card, all this information is downloaded to the water meter.

Customers can top up credit to their water meters by using this card. Water meter transfers all the information and its current state to the main center by the customer card. The central system receives all the information such as (battery level, alert states, consumption index, recent credit loading date) when the customer card is read at the vending point.
