OverviewThis is a one-year pre-university qualification which includes a significant amount of English language teaching. The qualification is designed to provide students with an entry route to UK or overseas universities or progression onto our Level 4 Diplomas in Computing, Business or Business IT.

The L3IFD improves students’ academic English language ability. This qualification enhances academic study in English, specifically in the fields of computing and business.

Entry Requirements • One GCE ‘O’ Level Pass

OR

• Any international qualification which is equivalent to secondary education deemed acceptable by NCC Education.

Students must also meet the English language entry requirements of:

• IELTS minimum score of 4.5 or above

OR

• GCE ‘O’ Level English D7 or above

Alternatively, a student can take the free NCC Education Higher English Placement Test which is administered by our Accredited Partner Centres.
