An essential partner for business success in the Solomon Islands

From pre-departure advice to push notifications and evacuations, we protect your staff throughout the Pacific so they can get on with their work.

Business in the Solomon Islands The Solomon Islands continues to be an attractive destination for mining companies, hotel and resort operators, media companies and humanitarian aid workers involved in the many development projects sponsored by private companies and foreign governments. Despite having one of the most developed economies of the Pacific Islands, political instability and inadequate healthcare facilities pose unique challenges for companies and their workforces. The Healthcare Challenge Healthcare standards in the Solomon Islands are still developing, which can make it difficult for companies to fulfil their duty of care to employees who are visiting or living here. Part of this challenge is the need for solid business continuity plans that consider ways to mitigate the risk of disruption and turmoil in the event of crises and emergencies. With increased focus on duty of care, employers cannot afford to take chances when it comes to the health and wellbeing of staff and their families in The Solomon Islands.
