ABOUT CONFERENCE
International Conference on Innovative Computing andCommunication (ICICC-2019) is organised with the objective ofbringing together innovative scientists, professors, researchscholars, students and industrial experts in the field ofComputing and Communication to a common forum. Theprimary goal of the conference is to promote the exchange ofinnovative scientific information between researchers,developers, engineers, students, and practitioners. Another goalis to promote the transformation of fundamental research intoinstitutional and industrialized research and to convert appliedexploration into real time application. Overall the conferencewill provide the researchers and attendees with prospects fornational and international collaboration and networking amonguniversities and institutions from India and abroad for promotingresearch. ICICC- 2019 will be held at Faculty of ElectricalEngineering and Computer Science, VŠB - Technical UniversityOf Ostrava, Czech Republic on 21-22nd March, 2019 . All theaccepted papers (after double blinded peer review) arepublished by springer (Approval Pending) and extendedselected papers will be published in the special issues ofSCI/SCOPUS/WoS/DBLP/ACM indexed Journals.
ABOUT INSTITUTE
The Technical University of Ostrava is a university located inthe city of Ostrava, Moravian- Silesian Region, Czech Republic.The institution was founded on 23 January 1849 as the MiningAcademy in Příbram. In 1894 it was promoted to universitystatus and in 1904 it was renamed to Vysoká škola báňská. In1945 it was moved to Ostrava, then the centre of Czechoslovakmining industry. Today the university has a total of about 20,000students and consists of the following seven faculties:
