Guinness Open Gate BreweryThere are two places in the world where you can enjoy a Guinness beer on the same

site where it was brewed. One is Dublin. And the other is here in Baltimore. If you

want an event that is unforgettable, Instagrammable and serves beer, look no further.

Located just off U.S. Route 1, six miles from downtown and 10 minutes from the airport,

our site includes a taproom, restaurant, experimental brewery, a barrel house,

a 100-hectoliter production brewery, 10-barrel experimental brewery, outdoor beer

garden and multiple event spaces.

Our brewers are constantly experimenting

with new beers, most of which are only

available here. Recent brews include Black

Currant Stout, Nitro Coffee Stout, Triple Berry

Wheat and Orange Hibiscus Wheat. We also

serve the iconic stouts brewed in Dublin.

Basically, we are a beer lovers’ paradise.

Our 1817 restaurant is a celebration of

Chesapeake Bay seafood and Irish pub dishes.

We offer a range of entrees from local seafood

to grass-fed cheeseburgers with Dublin cheddar.

We’re happy to collaborate with you to develop

a custom menu for your event, whether you’re

serving a full meal or beer-friendly finger foods.

Our brewery is part of a 62-acre parcel

that originated as the first Maryland

distillery to begin operating after the repeal of

prohibition. Our building was built in 1935 as one

of four massive whiskey-aging rickhouses.
