After each team building exercise feedback is supplied by experienced facilitators, allowing teams to assess and take accurate stock of their abilities and how best to use each team member to achieve task/team and individual goals. Conflict or tension inherent in the team is often either brought to the surface and dealt with in a non-work, and therefore less threatening environment, or is reduced by the need to work together under pressure on projects which are demanding, but fun at the same time.

The activities offered by Arena can be modified to focus on the particular needs of specific teams, and can readily be run within the framework of a more far-reaching team development programme involving, for example, Team Role Analysis and other classroom activities.

Arena Pursuits has something for everyone! We don’t just cater for Corporate Clients – we also run events for adult groups, stag and hen parties, families, parties for children aged 6 to 18 and activities for schools, all with the emphasis on FUN!

For adults our choices include single activities such as Quad Bike Trekking, Honda Pilots, Paintballing, Clay Pigeon Shooting, Team Tasks, Fitness Bootcamps, Bushcraft Courses, 4x4 Driving Experiences, Orienteering on foot or on mountain bikes or foraging for free food...

Or there are combined activities such as Quad Biking and Honda Pilots, Archery and Reverse Steer Vehicle, Clay Pigeon Shooting and Quad Biking. You can even select your own events with our Mix’n’Match selection.

Our Family Events are perfect, whether it is a bonding day for Dads, Lads and Daughters, a treat from Mum to the kids or Grandparents taking the family out. Arena has a wide range of fun outdoor activities including the 4x4 driving, the quads, team tasks, the assault course, clay pigeon shooting, orienteering and paintballing.

Our Junior Events are ideal for Birthday Parties, Schools, Scouts and Guides, Youth Clubs etc. The aim of the varied programmes is to give kids a totally new experience, a day out in which they can take part in a wide variety of activities which are exciting, rewarding, and most of all, FUN!

Events include Half Day Activities for 6 to 13 year olds, Adventure Parties for 10 to 16 year olds, Team Tasks for 13 to 18 year olds, Quad Trekking or Paintballing from the age of 10, and Bushcraft Parties or 4x4 Driving from the age of 11.

We also have a wide range of events tailored for schools for Year 3 right through to Year 13.
