equipment maintains colour balance to achieve specified

Delta targets.

All paper, solid board and micro-fluted substrates are

litho printed via our B1 Heidelberg CX102 Press.

Precision die cutting and creasing is carried out by our

Bobst Novacut system.

Substrates from 200micron up to 4mm E Flutes can be

accommodated.

Waste is auto extracted direct to our outdoor recycling

facility.

Our Bobst Visionfold enables high speed pre-fold and gluing for straight line and crashlock

formats.

We can also glue 4 & 6 corner cartons, Microflutes and

corrugate

A 3 month stock holding service can be offered with 24

hour call off from our 3,500 pallet warehouse.

Bespoke outer cases are made on site to fit your

products and to enable the best pallet configuration.

Full constructional design service with capability to produce full colour mock ups on specified substrate.
