Tabitha Winter / Managing DirectorTabitha has worked within the marketing industry since 1993 and has a wealth of experience in delivering high-endmarketing solutions for global companies such as Unilever and Smith & Nephew, as well as helping to build smallbrands into viable commodities. She has experience in many sectors within both large agencies, Tequila and Grey,and smaller agencies in both South Africa and the UK. She founded TARGET in September 2000.
Benedict Winter / Creative DirectorBenedict originally hails from South Africa where he worked for the likes of TBWA, FCB and Tequila as an ArtDirector. He emigrated to the UK in 2000 where he worked for Tequila in London, before moving to 23red as an ArtDirector and then Creative Studio Manager. Benedict has worked with a variety of brands, from charities such asSave the Rhino and Whizz-Kidz to global brands like Sony PlayStation, Martini, Ferrari F1, World Rally Championshipand Ladbrokes, winning numerous creative awards in the process.

CLIENT / 33 ltd - npower / WEBSITE
Requirement / An informative XHTML, PHP based solution with a content management system. We wereapproached to design & develop an informative website to entice graduates to apply to npower's graduate scheme.
Solution / The site was designed inline with the existing brand guidelines and traditional media advertisements andutilises a number of Flash video and interactive elements to entice the graduates as well as helps them choose whichgraduate scheme would be best suited to them.
The site employs JavaScript which detects the availability of the Flash plugin on the user's machine and if it is missingcalls upon a mySQL database to deliver HTML and/or animated GIF versions of the content.
The client was so pleased with the site, they have submitted it for an industry award.

Requirement / An ASP .NET website that is updated monthly to show the latest book releases. We were approachedto provide a design for and development of a website to appeal to female readers.
Solution / A website employing .NET and mySQL programming tying into a untraditional site design. The site usesJavaScript to allow the users to 'Browse Inside' the books, link to a purchase page on amazon.co.uk and also to entera monthly competition.
We are under a monthly contract to update the site with the new detail.

Requirement / A Flash site to show the range of high quality corsets available through Blue Poppy.
Solution / A full Flash site incorporating many unique aspects of animation.

Solution / A site programmed in XHTML utilising CSS to dictate the site design.

Requirement / To create a website for the launch of the PlayStation2 game Smash Court Tennis Pro Tournament 2that promoted the new aspects of the game especially focusing on the sociable multiple player game play.
Solution / An illustrated site that reflected a comical 70’s style tennis club where the user could get helpful gameplay tips from the local tennis pro or learn more about social etiquette and real tennis stars from the club secretary.

Requirement / An eCommerce site to rival firebox.co.uk.
Solution / The site is written in PHP utilising a mySQL database. It allows the client to upload product images anddescriptions as well as manage stock levels and gain key sales reports. Important Search Engine Optimisation factorswere taken into consideration throughout the development of this site. This site is currently still in development.
CLIENT / Age Concern Newham / WEBSITE
Requirement / A site design that would bring Age Concern Newham up to date and inline with the national brandguidelines and also enable content management.
Solution / A design to reflect the national brand guidelines in a fun, informative way. That incorporates a PHP,mySQL based CMS and adheres to W3C guidelines for accessibility.
The site employs JavaScript to switch CSS documents which allows the user to determine the font size of the site.
The client is so pleased with our work that they have recommended us to associated Age Concerns and hopefully wewill soon be rolling out Age Concern Henley.

Requirement / An update to the website programmed last year to reflect the 2008 details.
Solution / Adaptation of the existing PHP, mySQL site to reflect new images and details. We originally programmedthe site in 2002 and have updated it every year since. Although the site has a online CMS this was not originallywritten to allow changes to the main headers etc. of the site. Also each year we add functionality, in 2007 we addedan Accommodation database which ties in with the Visit England's database and allows online booking andavailability searches. This year we have incorporated a 'Plan Your Visit' functionality allowing users to select sectorsthey are interested in and print a detailed map of all exhibitions showing in the relevant sectors as well as a newadvertising module.

Solution / An easily updateable HTML template to be loaded as personal stationary on the client's computer to besent to customers upon their return home.

Requirement / Mini banners to detail specific services and products.
Solution / Design and layout of Flash based banners with some interesting animations to be displayed throughoutthe Barclays Graduate site.

Requirement / Flash and animated GIF banners to introduce Canary Wharf.
Solution / Flash 8 banners with animated GIF backup files to specific kilobyte restrictions for display on lifestyle andmagazine style sites.
CLIENT / Purple - CMC Markets / FLASH BANNERS
Requirement / A series of three animated rich media banners.
Solution / Flash CS3 banners implementing click tag & select server side components to display adverts that appearto 'grow' and animate across the display site's page. Each variant included a different animation from 'racing' style textto spinning counters and in-depth screen animations.
This was all done within very tight kilobyte restrictions, to a total of 23 variants and all with backup animated GIFfiles… and completed within 2 weeks!

Requirement / To create an online viral game for the Grand National horse race that teaches the public how to betand then drive users to place real bets online at Ladbrokes.com
Solution / A comical take on horse racing, featured Grannies (The Gran National) trying to cross the race course. Itincorporated all the aspects of betting eg. different odds and handicaps. These were portrayed in simple way thatallowed the user to lay a virtual bet on their favourite Gran and then watch them race. Subsequently taking thisbetting knowledge and betting for real at Ladbrokes.com

CLIENT / 23red - Ladbrokes.com / VIRAL GAME
Requirement / To create an online viral game for the Grand National primarily focused at getting women to bet onhorse racing online.
Solution / A viral game that focused on the emotive way of choosing a bet eg. favourite horse name or colour ofjockey’s uniform. This was achieved by creating a ‘Horstrologer – The Mystic Nag’, who asked the user a fewpersonal questions, favourite colour, star sign etc. A crystal ball would then ‘mystically’ reveal the right horse for theuser to bet on in the Grand National driving them to do so online at Ladbrokes.com

Requirement / Webcasting software for internal use within the company, enabling employees the ability to interact withtheir international colleagues by sharing and viewing webcast videos for informative and instructive purposes.
Solution / Design and programming of an interface along with the development and implementation of ASP and VBscripting to specifically function on the existing working system, with the ability for each user to login and view therecorded broadcast.
