    The Juran institute :-

    Free from Deficiencies:

    Nosocomial infection, excessive waiting time, lost labresults etc.

    Service features :

    Pleasant waiting room, computerized healthrecords, follow-up care etc.

    of care and came for this definition :-

    The quality of care is the degree to whichhealth services for individuals and
