    The Introduction Of Intelligent IC card door lockThe Introduction Of Intelligent IC card door lock

    This system, made up of host computer, Read-Write Card and management software, is in charge of

    the issuing of all kinds of IC cards and the management for hotel, including the management of the

    registered information and querying information.

    1. The environment system

    1.1 Hardware

    1.2 Software

    Windows *+ or a"o#e.

    2. Connect ion of hardwareConnect the Read-Write Card with C)%1 or C)% "y a R-! communication ca"le. Then

    connect the Read-write Card with ( alternating current. The Read-Write Card has a red light and a

    green light inside. The red light is the electricity indicator light. When connect with electricity, the red

    light is on. The green light is the work indicator light. When insert a card, the green light is on. When

    the Read-Write Card reading or writing data, green light twinkles, don/t take out the IC card, or the

    data read or input is incorrect.

    3. The instal lat ion of the software

    There is a disk. lease run 0nglishetup 2setup.e3e/ under windows *+ or a"o#e, after that, follow

    the clues. The default path is4 C H!"#$OC%, you can select the path to meet your need, "ut you

    are suggested to take the default path. 'fter installation, a shortcut icon to the system is set up to

    desktop and program group automatically.

    There are se#eral le#el of password in the lock/s IC, include hotel/s password, "uilding/s

    password, floor/s password, etc. 'll of these passwords are not pu"lished, only can "e recogniBed "y

    the system. When change password, computer create a new password at random, then sa#e the new

    password in data"ase and card. When taking the assword cardto insert to the lock, the lock reads

    the card/s data and changes the corresponding le#el password of the lock. 6on/t change the password

    of the lock if there is no need, or the new issued card of this le#el is in#alid, for the password sa#ing

    in data"ase is not correspond to the password sa#ing in the lock.

    Installation Card, Clock Card to install the information of the lock. The locks need a series of

    information/s setup, the setup process is follow4 #set "y Installation Card,$set "y Clock Card,

    %issue key card to open the door.

    Installation Card is used to setup the information of the lock!include setting password of each

    le#el and room address. one room one Installation Card!the Installation Card must relati#e to the

    room. If there are n rooms, you ha#e to issue n piece of Installation Card. It is suggested to la"el

    each Installation Card to pre#ent mistake. 'fter setting the locks, the Installation Card can "e

    reused.

    )nly the lock that has not "een set information accepts the Installation Card. If you want to

    install information to the lock that has "een installed information, you ha#e to clear the information

    of the lock first, for e3ample, if a lock has "een set to 1(1, and now you want it to "ecome 1(!, so

    you ha#e to issue a Clear Card of 1(1 to clear the information first, and then issue Installation Card

    of 1(!, Clock Card to install the information again. Gow can we know whether the lock has "een

    installed informationH When insert card, ?6 flashes in green then in red, and there are ! 0tick/

    from the "uBBer, it means that the lock has not "een installed information yet.

    and then take the card to set the locks.

    There is a clock in the IC of the lock. The time of the clock in lock must "e the same with the

    realistic time. When taking the key card to insert to the lock, the lock will read the card/s deadline

    and compare with the time of the lock, if the time of the lock o#ersteps the card/s deadline, the key

    card will "e in#alid. :ou had "etter set the clock "y Clock Card e#ery season D! months5 to insure

    the time of the clock is accurate.
