Grant Requirements:School implement PBL instruction Model in
schoolParticipation of all teachers in grades 3-5 or 6-
8 in PLCPlanning time (at least twice a month during
the day) dedicated to PBL Allow external evaluator (EMEC) to observe
teachers and collect data
Benefits:
PBM will serve as an umbrella for other initiatives such as INCOME, TRACC and STEM Attributes Rubric implementation.
Support of coach in your school at least two days a month to assist with instruction, planning and resource development.
Quality Professional Development by Buck Institute and UNCW.
Stipends for teachers to attend professional development.
Funding for instructional materials and supplies.
Access to data on program effectiveness.
