• 67,706 square feet

• Two floors:

- Basement: 33,873 square feet

- Sub-basement: 33,833 square feet

• State of the art construction/materials/equipment

Basement Facilities• Automated reverse osmosis watering system for animals

• Offices, locker rooms, receiving, quarantine, feed room, and necropsy

• 34 animal holding rooms

• 18 procedure rooms

• Transgenic suite- production and housing

• Core unit for behavioral phenotypic testing

Sub-Basement Facilities• 28 animal holding rooms

• 16 procedure rooms

• Cage wash

• Tissue digester room

• Operating suite

• Gamma-cell irradiator

• Offices, locker rooms, receiving, quarantine and containment, feed room, and necropsy
