Minimum the gap in bet above 3, minimum will be the stressand maximum will be the happiness, positivity, satisfaction, contentment etc.

Greater the gap in bet above 3, greater dis-satisfaction andwill cause stress; leading to unhappiness, negativity etc.

We spend our entire life around above 3

What is Yoga Actually?

To know who/what you are… आप कौन हैं/क्या हैं

If you know yourself, you can do whatever you want.

Harmony of body, mind and spirit…

I wish to do (Mind) / मैं यह करना चाहता हिं

I will do (Spirit) / मैं करूँ गा

I have done (Body) / मैंने कर जिया है

Yoga is a practice by which we can minimize the gap in between above 3.

If you don’t get feel factor in your daily life, orIf you don’t know how to feel the moment,

then

You cannot be happy even after having all physical comfort or achieving all kind of success….

Success without Happiness actually is, Worst Kind of Failure…

The Great King Ashoka, of the Maurya Dynasty has felt this kind of failure after successfully winning the Kalinga War; and then his life perspective changed

after that experience, and then he become the Great Ashoka. Because of his great task for public

after that experience, the wheel in our Indian flag is given name Ashoka Chakra. Each spoke on the

chakra symbolises one principle of life.

Cholesterol

Heart Diseases

Obesity

Increases Body Weight

Diabetes, Hypertension

Comfort / Physical Pleasure……….!

We start blaming for example Cholesterol for

these diseases.

Have Cholesterol ever entered in our body

forcefully? No…

Actually, Cholesterol is not the root cause, the

root cause is “Our Lifestyle”, we, ourselves are the root cause, which we need to accept.

Food is a thing to eat, not a thing to wear. So Food has to be good for health, healthy,

not necessarily to be beautiful.

• Sometimes, Cake become one of the most unhealthy beautiful food.

• Sometimes, may contains many harmful colors, synthetic fat, lots of sugar etc.

Excellent example of lack of consciousness…

But, we serve our children such Cake on his / her birthday, and wish him / her long life.

Page 19: Introduction to Yoga, a Science of Life

19

Comfort, Physical Pleasure...!

• Can’t we prepare home made healthy Cake, Laddu, Mohanthal etc. (not necessarily good looking) on our children birthday??

• Are we so handicap, that we can’t make home made sweet dish atleast on the day of our child’s birthday??

We know this very well, but, we lack in Consciousness

Page 20: Introduction to Yoga, a Science of Life

Fact is,

More number of humans are dying every year because of short or long term side

effects of Medicines,

Than, the number of humans killed by Terrorists every year…

Comfort, Physical Pleasure...! Artificial

Everybody likes Medicines….! Why??

We does not need to make efforts to come out of diseases, just need

to take tiny piece of tablet / capsule or injection, and it is done…

• Our “lifestyle” is the key root cause of various lifestyle

diseases like diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular diseases etc.

• Yoga is a “lifestyle” and it produces beneficial effect

without side effects if practiced correctly.
