MBA PROGRAMME INTRODUCTION OF THE STUDY In the present study we would like to know how best the private sector companys are providing the modern technology based services. The study focuses on gauging the customers’ awareness towards the technology based services such as Commodities, Equities and Insurance facilities etc, with reference to India Infoline pvt.ltd., It also focuses on efficiency of company in delivering the services and to get awareness regarding customer satisfaction while using the technology based services. Further the study is also conducted to know about the after sales services like guarantees, service, feedback, complaints and overall responsiveness to a customer with a problem etc., There are a lot of investment avenues available today in the financial market for an investor with an investable surplus. He can invest in Bank Deposits, Corporate Debentures, and Bonds where there is low risk but low return. He may invest in Stock of companies where the risk is high and the returns are also proportionately high. The recent trends in the Stock Market have shown that an average retail investor always lost with periodic bearish tends. People began opting for portfolio managers with expertise in stock markets who would invest on their behalf. Thus we had wealth management services provided by many institutions. 1
