Industry Update and Future Trend2011

• Overall Operators’ CAPEX increased year on year in 2011 at an

average of 9%

• Global optical components quarterly revenue peaked in

1Q/2011 from the bottom in 1Q/2009

• Global economy started to slow down in second half of 2011

and revenue # dropped

• CoAdna revenue was affected by the slow down in global

economy, primarily in N. America and Europe and saw the

revenue bottomed in 4Q/2011
