Invitation for joining KPMG Business Administration Paper 2015
On behalf of Hong Kong Federation of Business Students (HKFBS), we cordially invite students to participate in KPMG Business Administration Paper 2015 (BA Paper). It is an international and interuniversity business plan writing competition held annually in Hong Kong by HKFBS since 1986. Students can get enormous benefits and can broaden their horizons by joining this competition. Below are the details of the competition. We would be very glad if you can help us to forward the following information to students or recommend students to join the competition.
About Hong Kong Federation of Business Students (HKFBS)
Hong Kong Federation of Business Students (HKFBS) is a nonprofit organization managed
by local business undergraduates in Hong Kong, with more than 15,000 members from the 9
local universities. We are the only organization which includes the widest spectrum of local
students from the business field.
Founded in January 1985, we represent all local business undergraduates in Hong Kong,
and serve them by fostering their friendship, coordination and mutual understanding. We
endeavor to assist them in becoming prominent figures in business with sound academic
knowledge, excellent managerial skills, as well as helping them gain an understanding of
real business environment.

About KPMG BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION PAPER 2015 (BA PAPER)
BA PAPER aims at stimulating students’ business creativity and fostering interflow of ideas between the academic field and business field and recognizing the high quality work from business undergraduates. With 29 years of proud history, BA Paper enjoys status as one of the most representative and timehonoured studentrun case competitions. Last year, more than 3, 000 students from 25 countries joining us.
This year, under the theme"The Trend Forward”, participants are expected to develop a new business model for a brandnew proposed start up based on the current or foreseeable trend. Participants are required to develop a thorough business plan to explain how the business model will thrive in the new business environment and satisfy people’s needs in daily life.
To enter the competition, participants need to submit a 5page Executive Summary for initial roundInternal Assessment. Shortlisted participants will enter the SemiFinal. The best global team will be granted subsidies to come over to Hong Kong to join the Grand Final to be held at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Early January, 2016.
Grand prizes of the year:
Champion: HK$15, 000 Cash Prize, Internship Opportunities, Trophies, Certificates, Jewelry, and a chance to be the representing team of KPMG China in KPMG International Case CompEtition (KICC).
*KPMG China reserves the right of final decision.
First Runnerup: HK$10,000 Cash Prize, Internship Opportunities, Trophies, Certificates and Jewelry
Second Runnerup: HK$5,000 Travel Vouchers, Internship Opportunities, Trophies, Certificates
*The best three teams from each university will be awarded Certificates of Merit.
BA Paper also gives you opportunities to mingle with top business elites, scholars and talented undergraduates from local and overseas universities. Our past foreign partners include but not limited to Tsinghua University, National University of Singapore, University of Oxford, etc.

1. Please form a team of 2 to 4 undergraduates from the SAME university and apply onlineat http://www.bapaper.com/join/
2. Students from nonbusiness programmes are welcomed to join BA Paper. However, thegroup should consist of at least 1 business undergraduate.
