The work should include all accessories with labour charges. All repairing work should have 1 yearwarrant5z and for any damages or deterioration, the service will be provided within 15 days afterintimation of concerned authority.

After completion of the work, the bill may be produced after inspection of S.A.E/A.E.

(A| Credentials:The Agency should have experience in jobs related to construction or repairing of bituminousroads during last 5 (five) years from the pubrication of this notice.

(Bf selection I Acceptance of the successful Bid t offerThe Quotationers will have to quote their rates in figure as well as in words separately. Thequotationer with the lowest rate will be awarded with the work. However, the accepting authorityreserves the right to reject a]ry or all of the bid(s) / offer (s) received without assigning any reasonwhatsoever to the intending participants including the lowest bid/offer received.(C) Bid Evaluation:

The process will go through two steps of Technical Evaluation &'Financial Evaluation.
