WELCOMEOver the years, I’ve met lots of organisations that want to get their product or service in front of new prospects, but struggle to connect with the right people – those with budgetary and strategic responsibility. Added to that, is the additional challenge of meeting these people at the right time – when they are actively looking to invest.
Some of our long term clients were initially reluctant to believe that the Exchange team can deliver what we say we can - namely, connecting sponsors with senior executives, who have active projects and budgets, to meet and network - and I understand why. There are lots of companies who say they can do what we do and make big promises which they often fail to deliver on.

The evening will begin with a 10 minute presentation led by the sponsor to the entire dinner audience. This can take place in the plenary room or over dinner depending on your speaker’s needs. Your logo will appear throughout the dining area, as well as on all other on-site documentation and signage.
You will also host the top table at the dinner. This affords you the opportunity to handpick the 8 attendees that you would most like to spend the evening with to join you for informal, stimulating discussion and fine dining. Crucially, no other vendors are permitted to join the top table.
This is a fantastic way to increase your brand exposure, to target key clients with your brand message and ensure even more networking opportunities with the attendees you want to meet.
The lunch area will be branded with your company logo which will also be included on all on-site and online signage.
