Is it sustainable what we call transport?

Without doing anything

• Traffic network is going to have symptoms similar to a trombosis (traffic jams)

• The standard of living in a city is going to decrease sharply, people are going to leave the city, the outskirt is going to be overcrowded

• The need for travelling between the outskirt and the city (commuting) is going to increase

What is the solution?

More roads, motorways?

Wider roads?

Other opportunities?

• More parking spaces?• Cars with fewer fuel consumption

or without emission?• One-way-streets?• More different level crossings?• More developed traffic technics?• ………
