BAGGAGE SERVICE

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BAGGAGE SERVICE

BAGGAGE SERVICE (ALL CATEGORIES)

Runners may deposit/collect their bag at the baggage collection counters on 14 April 2018 from 6.00pm till

3:00am. All bags not collected after 4:00am will be disposed of at organiser’s discretion.

At the counter, you will fi ll up the deposit form and will be given a baggage number for collection .

Present your bib at the same counter to collect your bag after your run.

Runners are encouraged to pack light on event day and refrain from bringing any valuables to the event.

Runners are also encouraged to pass their belongings to their friends, family or trusted supporters and use the baggage handling service as a last resort to avoid having to queue for bag collection.

The organisers reserve the right to examine contents of any bags deposited at the baggage collection

counters.

Storage of bags is at the sole discretion of the organisers and the organisers reserve the right to

refuse storage of any bags without notice.

Runners deposit their bags at their own risk. The organisers will not be held liable for any loss

and/or damage, whether personal or otherwise, to any items deposited at the baggage collection counters.

Normal traffic conditions will resume 10 hours after the event start time 6.00pm, after which youwill be required to board the sweeper shuttle bus provided.

At the Intan Jauhar Iskandar Puteri Night Marathon 2018, Mylaps BibTag Timing System will be used to time your race.

Ice Mountain mineral waters are available at dedicated water stations. Every finisher will get 500ml Moma Water at the finish area.

100Plus isotonic drinks are available at dedicated water stations.

Dever Energy Gels are available at the 25.8km for Full Marathon runners and 32km. Crampfix are available at the Finish Line for Full Marathon runners.

Toilets are available at all dedicated toilets stations.

Bananas are available at dedicated fruit stations.

Distance markers are placed at every kilometer along the routes.

All runners except for 5km Fun Run category will be timed using the Mylaps bib tag timing system.

The event officially closes at 03:00AM on 15 April 2018.

Normal traffic conditions will resume 10 hours after the Full Marathon start time (4.00am).

Full Marathon, Half Marathon and 10km routes are Persatuan Olahraga Johor certified routes.

Medical assistance is available at the Start & Finish area as well as every 6km along the routes for Half and Full Marathon. Medical Officials are authorised to stop any runner and remove their timing chip as

they see fit to ensure runners safety

Over 244 foreign runners from 21 countries will participate in the event.

Over 200 volunteers will be working tirelessly during the event.

All runners who complete their race within the stipulated cut-off time will receive a Intan Jauhar Iskandar Puteri Night Marathon 2018 medal. All runners must also produce

the Intan Jauhar Iskandar Puteri Night Marathon 2018 bib number.

All Full Marathon and Half Marathon runners who complete their race within cut-off times will receive an exclusive Intan Jauhar Iskandar Puteri Night Marathon 2018 Finisher T-shirt by presenting the

Intan Jauhar Iskandar Puteri Night Marathon 2018 bib at the check out counters after the finish line.

Results will be posted on www.ipnm.my within 24 hours after the event. All results and rankings areaccording to ‘Gun Time’, in compliance with Persatuan Olahraga Johor rules. Race results are final.

Photos of runners crossing the finishing line can be found on our facebook page within 1 week after the event.Dont forget to display your bib number clearly when you cross finish line.

Any bags not collected by 3.00am on 14 April 2018 will be disposed of at organiser’s discretion.

Foods and drinks are also sold at race venue.

The following roads will be experiencing temporary disruptions and/or closures:
