Ambiente s.c. is an environmental engineering company with laborato-ries for chemical, physical and biological analysis located in Tuscany. The company is structured in two technical division, for a total of 120 skilled professionals, including engineers, geologists, chemists, biologists and, agronomists, with specific expertise on all the themes of the environment, pollution control, ecology, waste, quality, health and safety.Our point of strength is the ability to diversify and integrate their activities in the light of the evolving regulatory and market. The company has been working to national and international level for 25 years gathering relevant experience and developing diversified skills and offers support for specific and multidisciplinary activities to industry, public administrations and major public work. The main area of interest are: environmental studies, assessments and monitor-ing, permit processes for important production installations, polluted sites characterisation and rehabilitation, safety and risks prevention in the workplace, analytical activities for environmental analysis and training.Laboratories of ambiente s.c., reference at national level, are structures in continuous technical upgrading in order to ensure the answer to every analytical need. Labs are able to carries out chemical and bio-logical determinations on all the main matrices.
The ALTECH consortium works throughout Italy with most of its projects being concentrated near its home base in the North West, namely Alessandria County in the Piedmont region. For the last five years or so, we have been working on the development of projects concerning environmental sustainability, energy saving in buildings and the enhancement of use of state-of the-art materials. Our consortium gives special attention to local projects approved by the town and county councils and seeks to provide optimum results by carrying out feasibility studies and general analysis in order to make the various projects viable and achievable. As far as our overseas partners are concerned, we endeavour to provide made-to-measure solutions which guarantee both the design and successful completion of cutting – edge projects in the construction industry. As far as private dwellings are concerned, we provide the self same expertise previously mentioned in addition to both meticulous executive design and choice of cutting-edge materials. A. develops research and analysis for the best architectural integration of the technologies on disseminating findings on specialized magazines. Both the technological side and the choice of various possible solutions in addition to extensive research into the application of the new technologies is something that makes our consortium stand out. We make sure that there is contact between our Italian suppliers and our overseas projects. Furthermore, we endeavour to enhance and promote potential future collaboration on the domestic front with our local partners . Our infrastructure and logistics team deals with facilitating the setting in motion of the best procedures for International cooperation and subsequently sets up the appropriate joint ventures by securing the signatures of both parties. he application of new technologies and materials in the building phase entails detailed research to make sure that they blend in perfectly from an architectural point of view. Apart from fulfilling the architectural and aesthetic criteria for which they were chosen, these materials should also be sustainable. Due to this need, we have set up a thorough certification and control system which covers both the design and completion phases. Another of the ALTECH consortium’s activities of which we are particularly proud is the know-how and expertise, directly acquired in both the building sector and infrastructure over the years from the various local construction companies belonging to our group. Indeed, many demonstration and pilot projects (Enerbuild, Practise, FVI) have been completed or are in their completion stage thanks to European Community backing and its multi-national partnership. This has provided an invaluable exchange of expertise on an International level. Furthermore, it has led to the acquisition of procedural and technological know-how thanks to the joint commitment of the various bodies and institutions involved.

The Studio operates with public contracts and private works in the following sectors: restoration of church and ancient monuments, resi-dential makeover and new construction, showroom planning, interior design.It offers many services to customer from planning and costing estimates to drafting and executive projects.

Our company works prevalently in the middle-north Italy B.P.D. Lavori s.r.l. having the headquarters in Rome. The company has experience in a wide variety of construction types. Our capabilities are specialized in infrastructure’s construction such as roads, bridges, waterworks, water purifications and conditioning plants. Consorzio Armatori Ferroviari was founded in 2001 in shape of con-sortium of societies – Società consortile per azioni (S.C.p.A) – in order to create a key figure, in terms of synergy and competition, in the market of the railway work. The companies are:

The Italian railway network consists of over 27,000 km of “main” rail tracks dedicated to transportation and of nearly 4000 km. of ‘secondary’ rail tracks. Properly qualified players, as pro required standards, attend the maintenance and construction of the rail lines. The main activities carried out by each company and then by the Consortium are: railway renewal – railway – maintenance – railway new construction and renewal – replacing existing ballast and replenishing with fresh gravel, ballast levelling, tamping and profiling – platform quays regulation – regulation of internal stresses on the track for the composition of long welded rail – supply of materials necessary for the renewal of the railway line. The consortium to work in the railway work sector has to meet quality requirements. Each company part of the Consortium, has started an internal quality management system certified UNI EN ISO 9001:2008. Fersalento s.r.l., Globalfer Spa e Francesco Ventura costruzioni ferroviarie srl are part of the Rete Ferroviaria Italiana qualified supplier list unlimited amount class. The consortium is able to carry out any kind of railway work, simple functional restoration and / or routine mainte-nance to complex and radical restructuring and renewal with or without the ballast cleaning activity. Each company as part of CAF has a large car fleet, able to ensure not only an adequate productivity but also an efficient production process. The performances are possible thank to the strategic choices that every company has put in place in recent years, they implemented investment policies that over time permit Consortium to grow up and be a market leader.
