AGENDA
▪ IUCLID Cloud services
▪ Three ways to collaborate with IUCLID Cloud
▪ Conclusions and Q&A session
How SMEs can work with consultants
1. Dossier preparation and submission is fully delegated to consultants
2. Dossier preparation is done by consultants but the dossier is submitted by SME
3. Dossier preparation is done in collaboration with the SME and dossier is submitted by SME
SME/Consultant partnership options
▪ Consultant prepares and submits the dossier to ECHA from its cloud account
▪ Consultant sends all the data tothe SME
▪ SME stores/access the data submitted to ECHA in its own cloud account
Option 1: Consultant prepares and submits the dossier
▪ Consultant prepares the dossier in its own cloud account
▪ Consultant sends all the data to the SME
▪ SME stores the data in its IUCLID cloud account
▪ SME submits the dossier to ECHA
Option 2: Consultant prepares and SME submits the dossier
▪ SME gives access to the consultant to its IUCLID Cloud account1
Consultant provides the SME with its username and UUID account
SME adds the consultant as a foreign user in its account
Consultant logs into the service with its own account and switches legal entity to work on the SME’s cloud account
▪ SME and consultant work together inthe SME’s account to prepare the dossier
▪ SME submits the dossier to ECHA
Option 3: Working together in the SME’s IUCLID Cloud account
▪ IUCLID Cloud allows for easy and transparent collaboration betweenthe consultants and SMEs
SME delegates work to consultant
Consultant prepares & SME submits data
SME & consultant work together
▪ At the end of the contract, SMEs must always retain ownership of the substance datasets and the dossiers that were submitted
The three options summary
SME always retains ownership
