I.V. Communications (IVC) preaches Transparency and Integrity while dealing with its Clients besides day‐to‐day routine operation.

We Undertake: ‐ I. Analysis of basic requirement of the client and Architects for various utilities. II. Discussion for the solutions as per the requirement in consultation with the Client and Architects. III. Site Visit through the Engineers to the Clients premises. IV. Preparation of: Preliminary Design, Preliminary Drawings, Preliminary cost estimates (for Study

and Discussion). On approval of the preliminary Designs & preliminary drawings, the final drawings incorporating the comments of the client and architect are prepared.

V. The sets of detailed drawings are submitted for approval together with Product specifications & detailed estimates.

VI. Upon receipt of the approval/ comments on the detailed final drawings together with Product specification if required, the final cost estimates are submitted.

VII. The supervision at appropriate level is determined taking into account the complexity of the work and the work is executed as per standards, specifications finalised with the clients. Quality checks are conducted before the work is completed as per the Commitment to the Clients and final handing over of the system is done.

VIII. After the installation & commissioning, training is done for the clients operating staff. IX. Better relation with Parent Companies supplying various sub‐systems ensures faster replacement

Medical Transcription Services

In addition to Electronic Security Systems, Company also has BPO activity and currently provides Medical Transcription Services.

This covers complete range of medical record documentation and management service to its professional client base in USA and UK. Our service provides a full control over the entire transcription process, both technical and non‐technical; from dictation recording to audio file retrieval, from document production to quality control, from report generation to delivery of reports to the clients’ systems. All these steps in the process are carried out in a data‐secured environment.

Apart from document generation, IVC also provides audio as well as digital record management solutions to its clients.

Each report is processed by a workforce of well‐trained and experienced professionals wherein utmost care is taken to meet all client‐specific requirements while processing these reports. A team of well‐experienced Quality Analysts is dedicated to handle any quality‐related issues so as to maintain high standards of services provided.

K. Bhushan: – Chairman

An electronics engineer from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore with post graduation in Management and several years of experience in industrial automation, software and ITeS related services, has headed premier national and multinational corporations in India and has established more than 12 projects in India with foreign collaborations with large reputed companies. Bhushan is currently Chairman of both IVC and ICCL.

Rohit Kalra: ‐ Executive Director and CEO

An Electrical Engineer from YMCA Institute of engineering having a dynamic career of over Twenty Five years, reflecting pioneering experience and year‐on‐year success in achieving revenue and business growth objectives within start‐up & established organisations. Extensive experience in creating competitive sales & business models, evolving optimal product offerings, and creating brand salience in target markets.

He started his career in 1985 as a Project Engineer with Conwell Cans India Ltd and was Pivotal in installation of Imported Can Fabrication line which was carried out at brisk pace by working two shifts a day. Was sent to W. Germany and Switzerland for one month to get training from the respective manufacturers of the different machines, in installation & maintenance of these machines.

In 1988 he joined Pan Engineers, a Project Engineering company, where he was responsible for procuring and executing specialized Electrical Engineering consultancy & Contractual jobs in the field of Electronic Security Systems, electronic communication systems and AC plants.

He was associated with M/S Sun Vision Securitas‐ UMI Pvt. Ltd. as Director‐ Marketing and Operations from 1998 till June 2010. There he was overseeing the Marketing, Business Development, Installation and after Sales Support operations of Powered Access / Material handling/Electronic Security equipments.

He was also responsible for Launching similar product lines, handling annual A.M.C., operations and façade cleaning contracts. During this period he successfully negotiated procurement and marketing business agreements with global leaders in their respective product segments for representing them in Indian market.
