Jaguars ended up taking sixth place. On October 28th the Jaguars headed to Norfolk
Catholic where they battled the Stanton Mustangs for the first round of subdistricts. Unfortunately, the Jags couldn’t get it done and ended up losing three sets to one. The team would like to thank the seniors that have been their leaders for the past

Stepping up by saying no to drugs
On Monday, October 28, former Husker football player, DeMoine Adams
came to Howells-Dodge for an assembly that kicked off Red Ribbon Week. He
first spoke with grades K-6 in Dodge and then traveled to Howells to talk with
7-12 graders. In the assembly, he spoke about how the Jaguars need to say no
to drugs and alcohol. He
also said they need to step
up and speak for those who
are scared to speak out. He
