An Email directly from the Client Project Manager                I want to personally thank you for your two‐day participation in the OCC Stage 2 Model Review last week.  From my perspective the meeting was well                     planned, productive, and encouraged questions/discussion and brainstorming solutions for potential issues.  

   Jim – You did an outstanding job of steering us through the model (allowing the participants to see things from a 360 degree view, walking us through    the model in an orderly fashion, tagging each item where design changes needed as we went, taking whatever time was needed for individuals to see    what they needed).
