•  Founded in 1973 as an Engineering Design firm in oil production field

•  Between 1982 and 1987 BECHTEL Petroleum was JANTESA’s shareholder

•  Since 1988 grows from an Engineering Company to Engineering Procurement and Construction Management and later to Lump-Sum Turn-Key (LSTK) General Contractor in oil and gas

•  In 1996 obtains the ISO 9001:1995 certification which has been maintained

•  At the beginning of the 90’s enters into the international markets in the Caribbean (Aruba, Bonaire, Colombia, Curacao) and later USA

•  In 2005 opens an office in Mexico and in Argentina to attend the south market. Continued expansion in the International Market focusing open office in Spain and Middle East.

•  In 2007 it is reported the completion of great impact IPC projects in the Business of Oil and Gas and Power Generation.

•  In 2008 starts its annual turnover by hiring a major Refining projects in South America.

•  In 2009 opens offices in Colombia initiating relationships with major organizations.

•  Achievement that allows to Jantesa for greater openness in the national and international markets.
