Family Movie Night
Friday, January 13th
5PM-7PM
Disney Pixar's "Finding Dory" welcomes back to the big screen everyone's favorite forgetful blue tang Dory, who's living happily in the reef with
Marlin and Nemo. When Dory suddenly remembers that she has a family out there who may be looking for her, the trio takes off on a life-changing adventure across the ocean to California's prestigious
Marine Life Institute, a rehabilitation center and aquarium. In an effort to find her mom and dad, Dory enlists the help of three of the MLI's most intriguing residents: Hank, a cantankerous octopus who fre-
quently gives employees the slip; Bailey, a beluga whale who is con-vinced his biological sonar skills are on the fritz; and Destiny, a near-sighted whale shark. Deftly navigating the complex inner workings of the MLI, Dory and her friends discover the magic within their flaws,
friendships and family. This movie will be held during the Margaritas with the Manager event in the kids club room. Popcorn drinks and movie treats will be provided. Please RSVP by January 11th at the
clubhouse or on DwellingLIVE.
We will be celebrating
Nation Popcorn Day at the
clubhouse on Wednesday, January 18th. Come by and share your
love of popcorn by picking up your free bag of pop-
corn!

On behalf of Project Hope, St. Judes Ranch and Three Square Food Bank we would like to thank all those who were able to donate during the holiday season. Each donation made this holiday season was able to provide 254 pounds of food and over 100 toys for Project Hope and St. Judes Ranch.
The Presidents Corner We hope you had a very Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah and I wish you a prosper-ous and happy New Year. There are a couple of concerns that have arisen, within the last month, we have had a few vehicular accidents within the community. We ask that you all drive safely and be mindful of the many children that live and play within our community. Just a reminder the speed limit is only 25 mph. At the last board meeting a task force was appointed to draft an RFP for the management company contract. Many homeowners have come to the desk asking questions to the staff and in some cases question future employment status of our staff members. This is inappropriate and has upset and caused concerned to staff. Please refrain from this practice, if you have any questions please direct your questions to Stepha-nie Scott or Sandy Fulton who are the board liaisons for this task force. Jamie our new Community Manager will be looking into the availability and usage of space during the construction process for all clubs and activities in the clubhouse to best meet the needs for all residents. Regarding the clubhouse expansion, management will be coordinating with Grand Canyon our con-
tractor throughout the entire project and will be putting updates and status reports on DwellingLIVE.
