Summary
● The Japanese plan is partly still under negotiation, includingthe budget.
● Our contribution to YOPP-SH will be enhanced radiosondeobservation and AWS network.
● Radiosonde observation will be (1) enhanced at Syowa stationand (2) added at several areas on the ice-sheet for about amonth in summers and winters. (3) If we have budget more,operation on ship will be added.
● AWS network on the ice-sheet will contribute to YOPP-SH,too.
● We continue efforts to expand our plan.
