To a certain extent, Japan could not be considered successful during occupation because of the scope of America’s control and its dependence on international relations.

Possible Thesis?Acknowledging that their dependence on trade with other Asian and Western countries would not suffice, Japan reestablished their nation and its ruling ideology in order to once again become a economically successful nation.
