Service Desk Manager
Advanced Systems Development, Inc., White Sands Missile Range, NM January 2015 – Present
Instrumental in receiving the RMF accreditation of the Defense Research and Engineering Network
(DREN), including documentation of standard operating procedures (SOP), STIG review and
implementation of group policy for system security.
Development of the Incident and Service Request Management process and Problem Management
Procedure for the ASD Service Management System (SMS) – ISO/IEC 20000 Certification
Responsible for meeting and exceeding all Service Level Agreements with government for over 2,500
systems and users, including ticket close rate for Tier I and II (~95%) and total ticket close time at Service
Desk level.
Managerial duties include: training of all new and existing Service Desk technicians, development of
procedures, quality control, review and reporting to CIO/G6 of open/closed Remedy tickets and IAVA
compliance.
Technical duties include: continued development of OS deployment server, Enterprise Email Entitlement
manager for EE accounts, BES 12 Level 1 Admin for ATEC mobility devices, test support for all system
applications and security policies into production environment.
