FRIDAY REPORTING REQUIREMENTS
VIRGINIA BEACH, VA (JEBLCFS) – Personnel reporting requirements for the
Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story for Friday, September 3, is for essential
personnel only to report between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.
This follows guidance established by Commander, Navy Region Mid-Atlantic.
Non-essential personnel should not report to work during this time period.
For personal planning purposes, all of the installations Moral, Welfare and
Recreation facilities will be closed to include the Child Development Centers and Youth
Centers. The JEB Little Creek Commissary and Naval Exchange facilities will be open
for normal hours of operation, but are subject to close pending weather conditions. The
JEB Fort Story AAFES Mini-Mall will open at noon. The base plans to open its 24-7
Child and Youth Center for registered patrons at 6 p.m. on Friday.
Personnel should monitor local media outlets and the installations Facebook
page for updates and changes.
