Dearest Customer, Thank you for your interest in Jen + Kim Shoes. We invite you to be a part of the exclusive world of custom shoes. Each pair of Jen + Kim Shoes is made to order at our customers request, and is a true original. This gives you, our customer, the opportunity to customize exclusive shoes, in order to fit your foot and suit your style.
All of our shoes are handmade in California and feature the finest leathers, heels, hardware and custom cut & stained wood. While the business has existed for nearly a decade, our cobbler has over 30 years experience in the art of shoemaking. Each person involved in the process of manufacturing our shoes takes great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of each pair.
Since our shoes are hand crafted, one by one, they are not available to the masses. So how do you buy them? Attend one of our hosted events, schedule a private viewing, or you can work directly with us. If you would prefer to buy straight from our ready to wear collection online and forgo the customizing process, that is also an available option.
The price of Jen + Kim Shoes range from $350.00-$650.00, dependent on the style and materials chosen. Half of the total amount is due upon placing your order and the other half is due upon shipping. Shoes take 4-6 weeks to manufacture and deliver upon placing your order. Of course, if you need your special pair rushed, let us know and we can arrange that for you.

Since Jen + Kim Shoes are made-to-order to suit your personal style, each pair is distinctive yet shares a fit
tested pattern.
Shown here is a selection of variation on the “Sand
Storm.”
The “Coco” is shown in
multiple heels heights (5” at left, 4.5” at right) with
multiple options in heel
shapes and materials.
Dozens of other style options are available to shop on our website or in
person.

Custom Bridal Shoes
❖ Made-to-match bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses & wedding color palettes ❖ Swarovski detailing is also available in multiple colors.
Private Viewings
❖ Jen + Kim bring the entire collection and materials to you.
❖ Private viewings last 1 hour and can be just for one person or a small gathering.
Hosted Events
❖ Hosted events can include Jen + Kim only or collaborations with other companies and sponsors.
❖ These events are usually larger in attendance. They require a venue, at least 4 weeks notice and can last 2-5 hours.
❖ Cash and product incentives are offered for hosted events. 10% of total sales can be used to receive commission, product or donation to a charity of your choice.

Every Jen + Kim Shoe starts as an idea derived from having our customers likes and needs in mind. It then transforms into a design and we work hard with our pattern maker to turn that idea into reality. Each style is an original design.

Sizing
❖ Providing the perfect fit is a mission of Jen + Kim. They only work with experts in the trade and the cobblers have over 30 years of experience of making shoes.
❖ Detailed measurements including a foot tracing are taken of both feet upon placing an order.
❖ If an order is placed without the presence of Jen or Kim, easy detailed instructions will be provided on how to accurately measure the foot.
❖ We guarantee fit at Jen + Kim Shoes. If you have any issues with the fit of your shoes, let us know and we will adjust them to fit you properly.
