Monitor daily attendance. Maintain & update employee database and provide manpower status report based on requirements. Maintain all personal files and carry out monthly cross check is a must. Maintain register separately for leave, attendance, new employees, insurance, inter-transfer, show cause, warning and discharge, maintain dismissal, invoice etc procedure. Managing Employee and Management Relations. Coordination with the different departments in relation to HR activities. Organize and conduct different training, orientation and meeting. Perform day-to-day HR & Administration related functions as per standard. Identify new and cost effective measures to ensure that the administrative functions are running smoothly. Assist supervisor to prepare and implement HR & Admin policy & strategy in connection with corporate strategy Prepare monthly reports and different reports based on supervisor’s instruction & any other task assigned by the management is a must. Job Nature Full-time Educational Requirements MBA in Human Resource Management/ PGDHRM from reputed Universities/ institutions.
