Bachelor's Degree in Science with Physics and Mathematics as one of the subjects and 12 years' experience in Airworthiness / ATC/ Manufacturing / Design / Safety Investigation in Aviation.

Bachelor's Degree in Science with Physics and Mathematics as one of the subjects and 05 years' experience in Airworthiness / ATC/ Manufacturing / Design / Safety Investigation in Aviation .

Essential:

(A) Degree in Mechanical! Electricall Electronic/ Aeronautical Engineering from a recognized University plus 2 years' experience in one of the following areas :

(a) Experience on Civil Registered Aircraft in the field of Aircraft Engineering or Airworthiness or Air Safety or Air Traffic Control or Aircraft Manufacturing/ Design Organization or in Aircraft Accident/Incident Investigation; or

(b) Experience as a Pilot/ Aircraft Maintenance Engineering .

(iii) Scale: - PB-3, Rs. 15600 - 39100 + Grade Pay of Rs: 5400/

2. ' Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held -immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed five years.

3. The terms & conditions and Pay & allowances of the officers selected for appointment on deputation basis will be governed as per the provisions contained in Government of India, DoP&T's OM No. 6/08/2009-Estt. (Pay. II) dated 17.06.2010, as amended from time to time.

As you are aware, hard copies of replies to Starred and Unstarred Questions are required to be forwarded by Ministries! Departments to the Lok Sabha Secretariat by 1500 hours on the working day preceding the date on which the Question is listed for answer. The soft copies of the replies are to be uploaded by Ministries! Departments on the website [http://pqals.nic.in] immediately after the Question Hour. However, the Lok Sabha Secretariat has drawn attention to the fact that Ministries! Departments are not adhering to these timelines.

In this regard, it has now been desired by the Speaker, Lok Sabha that soft copies of replies to Starred Questions be uploaded by 1000 hours on the day the Questions are listed so'as to facilitate the Members to draft SupplefTlsntaries to Starred Questions. Further, it has been desired that replies to Unstarred Questions be uploaded immediately after the Question Hour l.e. at 1200 hours,
