3. Contribution for the development of “Transit Guideline”
� In order to establish more effective
transit regimes, the Transit Handbook
should be converted to “Transit
Guidelines” which have clear guiding
principles and recommended
practices for transit regimes.
� Launched WCO-JICA Joint Project on
the Development of WCO Transit
Guidelines from March 2016.
� Over 130 participants estimated to
the workshops.
� JICA contributes � to share JICA’s experiences to introduction
of OSBPs in African countries.
� to support financial cost for the
development of the guideline.
