SI MUCHACHA fell out of contention early last time when, Jazz Session, was much better in second. DIVINE DANCE gave away some perceived value when he dropped down to take an edge off the shelf November 10 th ; he moved too late from far on the outside and after closing from twelfth at the top of the stretch, he was finally third beaten less than a length with, Niigon’s Glory, in second; he goes up in value and is extended to ten furlongs here. BADJEROS BOY came off the shelf targeting a race for $25,000 last time at nine furlongs and unfortunately he had to race on the toughest part of the track outside and was fanned wide early in the stretch when moving; he was close by at the end; he departs the lasix program and goes up in value. COSMIC CHARLIE opted to get in a speed duel with the eventual runner up, Tesseron, in a marathon on turf last time and that softened both runners and he faded to fourth. GUITAR GEORGE has been freshened since November 5th and was on the edges then for $32,000 at a route; Money Talker, was better in second; he should enjoy the ten furlong distance. MONEY TALKER has been the runner up in consecutive events for Norm McKnight giving away the lead deep in the stretch each time; he had to duel last time with the eventual ninth place finisher which softened him up; he remains quite viable following a month of freshening for a hot stable. COLONEL SAMSEN broke last but found himself pressing the soft early pace last time; he was four wide on the backstretch while, Undulated, was along the rail and both slipped back late; the runner up has come back to win the Sir Barton; he follows his stable mate out to a route here. HOLLYWOOD CRITIC had a couple of sprints and then went long November 26th and that race did not work out for him; he had a natural speed tendency but the seventh place finisher was adamant about setting the pace and this one backed away and then tried to get going again late and finished third against, Leavem In Malibu;. THOR’S ROCKET last competed November 1st in a race against a key winner when fifth beaten three and a half lengths and he galloped along within range; he is seeking his first share of the year and goes for a profitable jockey/trainer combo. GIANT STORM has dedicated himself to off the pace sprints the past while and ha been unlucky in his last two races; he was delayed getting through an opening in his previous event when second and last time was too late moving after the better ones had already advanced; he stretches to a route. GLENVILLE GARDENS was forced to scratch from a race November 26th when he was the 4-5 morning line favourite and now he returns once again competing for the $62,500 tag; he was second in the Labeeb last time out; Contreras rides for Sid Attard; he had a blowout Thursday in 38.4. RACE #4 BANNON 5 MYSTIC NILE 10 PIRANO 11 MIDNIGHT FLASH 2 THINK MAGIC POKE THE DRAGON debuted November 10th for Sid Attard and attended the pace of a front running winner in what looked to be an inflated race; she was a willing fourth beaten about three lengths and was just in front of, Think Magic; for this second start, she goes to a route and is working with some pedigree. THINK MAGIC was getting her second start November 10th and was returning from time away and got up to battle the winner in the early going in front but slipped back; she came back to work November 26th in an improved fashion in 59.2 getting ready to stretch around two turns for Chiefswood Stable. SWAGITUDE had a good race against Ontario sire rivals at a route two starts ago when second but her appearance in the South Ocean last time featured only early speed; she is in against open maiden company here. GLAMOUR LADY has had the misfortune in both of her races to run into two of the best juvenile fillies here; she has hung through the stretch in both turf events; she now moves to Tapeta and extends around two turns against more reachable opponents.

MYSTIC NILE moved nicely deep in the stretch at a route November 3rd to narrowly miss and had another good race just two weeks later when she moved into contention against a preferred top pair and landed third; she rates respect. SOTHATSTHEWAYITIS was moving late on the outside in her previous event at a route when just in behind the runner up, Mystic Nile; she was in the same most recent race as that rival last time when she got off the rail late to surge in fourth; she is improving. LA DOLCE UNO debuted November 12th at just five furlongs while lasix free and finished seventh beaten eight lengths against a strong rallying winner; the runner up has come back to win big; she makes changes here adding lasix and going from five furlongs to a route; she has a pedigree that will support that adjustment. COVINA closed nicely in a middle claiming evaluation at a route two starts ago and had the same type of late interest on a yielding turf course in this category last time when running a peak race. DANTE’S BLUE GRASS debuted November 18th at a route and had a quiet approach from the third flight without threatening against some of these; lasix is now added. PIRANO debuted in a key race October 13th and attended the pace and ran third; the winner came back to be third in the Glorious Song and the seventh, eighth, ninth and eleventh place finishers have all come back to win; she now goes to Tapeta around two turns for Dan Vella. MIDNIGHT FLASH has dedicated herself to short distance races at this juncture and had a runner up finish last time in what looked to be an improved performance; she now extends around two turns following her good work November 29th in 1.01 for Nick Gonzalez. PARK LANE a debut runner is a homebred for Stronach Stables by, Ghostzapper, out of an unraced mare and she has had time to line up in the morning with company getting ready for Kevin Attard; she has won the services of Hernandez. BLISSFUL BREEZE was bumped early last time and was in tight and became rank and that seemed to have a negative impact on her route performance against some of these; she has a wide post here. DELLY debuted in a middle claiming event November 25th and closed mildly and now goes farther against better.

RACE #5 BANNON 3 DESDEMONA 5 ZESTINA 9 SILENT OAKS 8 JACK’S MEMORY CRUMLIN DIVA was getting her second lifetime start and she dropped in for $32,000 last time where she was used for some speed on the backstretch but she stopped; she tries protected company here. SAIL AT NOON was last in the early going in her debut November 22nd at five furlongs and finished fifth beaten eleven lengths when, Desdemona, was second. DESDEMONA took sharp support in her debut November 22nd under the lights but she was in against a strong filly who beat her a length; she gets her second start and stretches to six furlongs.

SHOW ME THE PRIZE did not stay in contention in the South Ocean; she will be cutting back in distance after consecutive routes to go just six furlongs here. ZESTINA is a second representative here for Sid Attard and this is a homebred for Stronach Stables by, Silent Name; she has prepped in company at times with her stable mate, Desdemona; she prepped five furlongs December 2nd in 1.01 getting ready and Contreras will ride in this six furlong launch. COLLUDING a debut runner, is a homebred for Chris Howard and Ian Howard; she is a daughter of, Silent Name, and from a dam who won her only start as a juvenile; she has prepped from the gate in recent trials getting ready and Singh has the mount at six furlongs. PODGORA a debut runner for Robert Gerl, is a homebred by, Old Forester, who worked a quick half mile November 19th in 49.1 getting ready. JACK’S MEMORY a debut runner for The Very Dry Stable, was an auction purchase and is by, Milwaukee Brew; she has just six furlongs with which to work here but does have some speed to run at; in her work November 22nd in 1.01.2 she galloped out in 1.15.4. SILENT OAKS showed an impressive big reaching stride in her work October 25th in 1.14.1; in her next start, she woke up with a steal attempt on the front end but she was finally second; most recently, she went long and had run off speed opening up eleven lengths in the middle stages of that event then she finished third beaten a length and caused interference through the stretch; she shortens to six furlongs looking to concentrate her significant enthusiasm. EESTI STAR moved up to second last time when dropped in for $32,000 against a first time starter; the fifth place finisher has since won. PETITE AMIE had a tentative approach from last November 29th but showed some interest in the stretch against a heavy favourite. SILVER AND STARCH debuted against a key winner November 22nd and finished fourth when, Desdemona, was second and that one is here. JMR FAST N TURIOUS a debut runner, is by a sire who was a stakes winner on a synthetic surface; she will go here for Saul McHugh and has prepped over short distances getting ready. DONTDROPURCROP ran competitively on the pace for $25,000 last time trying to steal but she went much too quickly in the early going and was finally second. RACE #6 BANNON 9 QUIDI VIDI 2 BELLA FABIANA 10 LAST MINUTE LUCY 8 LIGHT MY PATH THIS IS THE WAY had a significant upset November 29th; a different rider took over and a new and more effective off the pace style was used and that resulted in a longshot win at the expense of, Miss Forester; she had to survive an inquiry through the stretch.

BELLA FABIANA attracted a claim for $20,000 in September but now runs well below that evaluation looking to cash in for the first time this year; she seemed to be in an impossible situation at the top of the stretch but made up most of the ground in third against a winner who moved earlier. BANGLA DANCER has already taken a big drop down and did not produce; she is back up in value here. DOLLY STORMY used a new technique from off the pace at a shorter distance last time and it got her an upset win against a front running favourite; she is a three time winner now facing multiple winners. MISS FORESTER was trying to repeat November 29th and was looking for room in the stretch when her space got even tighter; she stayed second against the longshot winner, This Is The Way. LOUISE THE LASER acted up in the gate last time; once underway, she was her typical speedy self but she stopped deep in the stretch against, Light My Path. PENNY STAMP has run consistently well this season for a variety of interests and attracted a claim by Harold Ladouceur last time when she seemed to go over the top of her best form in third against, This Is The Way, and, Miss Forester. LIGHT MY PATH was winning second time off the claim November 15th and with a jump to the $9,500 mark; she split runners late to win it again under perfect handling from Hernandez who knows her very well. QUIDI VIDI is without a win after six starts this season despite running very strongly in her last two races; for $25,000 last time, she lost to a pace opponent and now runs for half that price. LAST MINUTE LUCY like, Quidi Vidi, hasn’t been able to win a race yet this year and so now drops down for half the price of her latest when she was in against a key speed group and finished fourth beaten three lengths at five furlongs; perhaps the drop down will help her with the six furlong distance which has been challenging for her in the past. RACE #7 BANNON 11 BRIGHTER IDEAS 8 SWEET ESCAPE 12 TURN TO REALITY 1 LUCKBE TANYA LUCKBE TANYA overcame the elements two starts ago to run in front to win as the favourite; most recently at the same price and distance, a slower pace developed but she tried to use an off the pace technique which didn’t work as the favourite and, Turn To Reality, was better in second. SOLON’S WARNING went into her last race as the favourite for $12,500 but difficulties were looming because of the speed presence of, Court Adjoured, who took away her front end advantage; she chased and got the lead late but was softened up and that allowed the winner, Articulate, to get by late; she goes for new interests with a jump in value. LILLIE’S ANSWER had such a good race two starts ago when third against a key top pair that better things were expected December 2nd, yet, she chased the pace in the middle stages and unexpectedly faded. ARTICULATE took advantage of a middle pace fight last time between, Court Adjoured, and, Solon’s Warning, to run by them both at 74-1 for $11,500.

MODUS OPERANDI was expected to perform well November 18th but instead, won last time when she was allowed to waltz in front with an opening quarter in 26.3 and that was all the assist she needed to win for the second time this year; she now goes to a starter event. COURT ADJOURED came in with brash speed December 2nd to take away the front running advantage that, Solon’s Warning, had enjoyed in previous races but she got softened up in the middle stages; she slumped to third with, Articulate, in front and, Solon’s Warning, in second; she is up in value. PECHE MOBILEE competed at a route at a low level last time without much momentum against some of these. SWEET ESCAPE found a perfect partner in Husbands who let her rush through the stretch for three wins this season; he is aboard, Luckbe Tanya, and Wilson will be a capable addition here for Steven Chircop. NO SOUP FOR YOU was reserved off very slow fractions last time and that sealed her fate as she finished third against, Modus Operandi. EUMENIDES moved inside last time trying to gain for $19,000 against non winners of two but was finally unable to threaten. BRIGHTER IDEAS took her third lifetime win November 17th when she camped far behind and rushed in the stretch under perfect handling from Contreras; she fits nicely in this starter event. TURN TO REALITY is eligible for this event by virtue of running for $25,000 November 18th; she was dropping off unproductive form and woke up in second; blinkers were added for that last event and Hernandez was positioned aboard and that seemed to help turn her around; she can contend. SHOW SHAPE had a perfect outside trip when going second time off the claim for Steven Chircop last outing but finished third beaten a length; she now goes long in this starter event. RACE #8 BANNON 9 ROYAL LASER - BEST BET 7 SILENT STING 1 BE VEWY VEWY QUIET 5 COOLER MIKE BE VEWY VEWY QUIET was looking for his third win of the season and his second stake score in the Frost King at seven furlongs; he was fortunate to start his winning move before the runner up, Silent Sting, got going and that was probably the difference; he had a narrow lead late, yet, drifted out on the runner up and persisted with a narrow margin for the win as the favourite; he now must go around two turns; he worked well recently in 49 going in company for Robert Tiller; he is a homebred for Di Giulio, D’Onofrio and Peri. BEER PRESSURE was a winner at seven furlongs two starts ago then tried the Frost King last time where he used a speed style which was generally ineffective on that surface; he was thorough enough to land fourth beaten just a length; he gave up the advantage deep in the stretch; he must now go around two turns for Nick Gonzalez.

CRUMLIN NIGHT was a smart route winner back in late September; he subsequently failed in the Cup & Saucer and lost by a similar margin in the Coronation Futurity at long odds last time; he did have a good work December 2nd in 1.01.3 out in 1.15.3 for Mike Doyle. HANDSOME LIKE ME was a winner at a route October 22nd bossing the pace; in second was, Ginger Sky; most recently, he went to the Frost King Stakes where he was reserved off the pace; he tried through the stretch but finished sixth beaten about four lengths; he now goes back around two turns. COOLER MIKE was in the Cup & Saucer Stakes on turf October 8th but proved to be a difficult one to handle as he was laying in and he finished fourth; most recently in the Coronation Futurity, he made a premature move to the lead in the middle stages then couldn’t hold on late but it was a generally good performance; he shortens to a mile and a sixteenth and encounters Ontario sire runners here; he worked smartly December 2nd in 1.00.4 for Mike and Nick Nosowenko. ABSOLUTION had a new trainer November 18th and used a strong off the pace technique at a route on Tapeta to take a maiden score against Ontario sire runners beating the favourite a half length. SILENT STING looked smart taking his maiden win second time out with a more mature style; most recently in the Frost King, he started after, Be Vewy Vewy Quiet, made his advance and then chased that one through the stretch; he was being carried out by the winner near the end when he missed narrowly; he had a strong work December 2nd in 1.00.4 for Sid Attard who also has, Royal Laser, entered; he now goes around two turns. GINGER SKY is a staying influence who was second best when he went from a sprint to a route second time out and chased home, Handsome Like Me; most recently, he had another boisterous off the pace rally and missed narrowly against, Absolution, who also closed strongly; he galloped out quite well in that maiden event. ROYAL LASER showed potential in his debut with a deep closing style to beat, Beer Pressure; in his second outing October 8th there were more signs of development; he almost put it together in the Frost King when he had a complicated trip; he was tentative on the backstretch and had some difficulty three furlongs from home and it wasn’t until deep stretch where he angled out that he closed sharply behind, Be Vewy Vewy Quiet, and Silent Sting; he seems to be the most progressive type and now goes around two turns for Goldmart Farm and Royal Laser Racing for Sid Attard; his half brother, Kingsport, won recently at a route taking his fifth lifetime added money win; Husbands now rides. SHERIFF CLARKE came from Vancouver to compete here November 18th at seven furlongs where he was moving but too late in eighth beaten six and a half lengths by Be Vewy Vewy Quiet; he did have some experience at this distance in Vancouver back in October.

RACE #9 BANNON 12 ALNILAH 13 MAGICAL HOLIDAY 10 NOW PLAY NICE 8 IRISH TEARDROP CONQUEST BAD GIRL was away for a considerable amount of time and when she resurfaced November 5th, she was competing for Ross Armata Jr., in a tough race taken by a well regarded winner; she was finally fourth; the runner up, Spring In The Wind, is here. SADIE IRENE went up in value last time to run competitively in second losing the lead late and settling for second; she is up in value again and she cuts back in distance. ANGELICAL is one of three first time starters in the field; she is a homebred for Colebrook Farms from a dam who won a couple of times as a juvenile and she produced the route winner, Kavika; this one will debut at just six furlongs here and had her best work November 18th in 1.01.1b. PIPER’S LEGACY a debut runner, is a homebred for Chiefswood Stable by, Silent Name, and from a dam who has been a solid producer of a variety of interesting runners; she had some stamina in a work November 12th in 1.02.1 going out nicely for Don MacRae; she debuts at six furlongs. SPRING IN THE WIND had consecutive in the money finishes but slipped back to fifth last time when in tight through the stretch and the lead evaporated; she finished fifth with, Magical Holiday, in second; she shortens to six furlongs and ran well at this distance in November. WHIP ME INTO SHAPE travelled seven furlongs last time and had an excuse at the top of the stretch when she was locked in lacking room; she finally finished tenth beaten six lengths. TWO TRIBES showed a bit of interest late last time when getting her second race following a layoff and she was finally fifth with, Spring In The Wind, in second. IRISH TEARDROP was looking for space to advance last time but finally finished eighth beaten about five lengths when, Magical Holiday, was second and that one is here. DOLLY DAGGER missed considerable time and finally made it back to the races October 14th and was one paced when out of the money in that event; the runner up has come back to win; she came back with a fast work November 25th for Nick Gonzalez in 1.00.1 getting ready. NOW PLAY NICE was in prime contention in the stretch last time at a route but had to alter between rivals and go outside and start again deep in the lane; she did well to finish third beaten two lengths; she shortens up to six furlongs; Contreras now rides. LILLZ SO PRECIOUS was off her feet last time in a seven furlong race where she challenged only early. ALNILAH a debut runner for Canvasback Farms, is by the popular, Smart Strike, and from a dam who was a four time stakes winner here; she is a runner of considerable size traveling just six furlongs for Dan O’Callaghan in this opener; Moran was aboard for her main gate work November 18th in 49.2bg and he has the mount; she goes lasix free. MAGICAL HOLIDAY has been the runner up in three consecutive events and has been favoured in her last pair; most recently, she steadied at the break when the winner made things tight on her; she finally finished second to that rallying winner; she shortens to a sprint.

RACE #10 BANNON 6 MATTHEW’S RIDGE 5 DIVINE AMI 12 BOURBON EXTENSION 14 DIAMOND AND ROSES 2 THE OTHER BREEZE

KLASSY DELIGHT was in against a key winner last time out at a route and finished a distant fourth and the winner has already come back to repeat; she gets in against the boys here. THE OTHER BREEZE was in a tougher category than this last time and finished fifth beaten nine lengths and the runner directly behind him, Field Party, has come back to win; he drops down to the level at which he was competing two starts ago. MONETARY SYSTEM is a runner of some heft who had a good race off the shelf November 1st but couldn’t follow up November 15th and finished out of the money when, Robustious, was second. MONASTRELL dropped down last time and came from post fourteen and found his way up the rail to finish second while taking sharp support; he goes up to a higher level now. DIVINE AMI is one to consider; he has had interrupted campaigning and is coming off the shelf once again but now gets to drop down; he exits a key race when seventh and two runners from Sam-Son Farm have come out of that race to win big; the blinkers are on. MATTHEW’S RIDGE has been competing in a tougher category than this but will now run for $40,000 to gain entrance into this level; he was able to win a pace duel December 1st but an import runner from the Michael Dickinson stable ran by him in the stretch and he finished second; he remains a strong contender. STOP THE PARADE dropped for $16,000 last time and had his typical belated close to be fifth of fourteen. SIGNATURE TWIRL has had a couple of nice third place finishes to date; he was confidently reserved last time as the favourite with hopes of some power in the stretch but he finished third beaten three lengths as the favourite and now he extends in distance; the fifth place finisher has come back to win. ROBUSTIOUS a fast individual was sent long on the lead November 15th and he thrived finishing second best; a move is made to Garcia; he is the one to catch. AWESOME JOEY is trying to make his way back at this late stage after missing time; he showed potential in his debut in the spring time; he now competes for Andrew Smith and has been busy in works getting ready. TRACK D GOLD was one of two in the race for Santino DiPaola November 15th and he finished fourth and galloped out well and his stable mate that day, D’s Ben, set the early pace. BOURBON EXTENSION has missed time and returned November 10th to finish just on the edges in a better category than this; he now tries Ontario sire runners as a first time gelding for Roger Attfield; he looks to be a progressive type and can contend. TREASURE FINDER was at seven furlongs last time when he made a four wide bid and finished third beaten two lengths; he is up in value and is out in distance here. DIAMONDS AND ROSES has competed effectively in this category lately with the lead deep in the stretch both times only to come up with shares instead; he finished just narrowly behind the runner up, Robustious, last time. EVENT HORIZON was on his feet and trying to go forward for $25,000 last time and now goes farther. D’S BEN set the early pace last time while his stable mate, Track D Gold, rallied in fourth just in front of this one.
